@McDonaldsUK can you assist? Ordered two friends meals on the app plus two wraps but missing half my order. uber eats refuse to assist. I won’t be ordering again, customer service was appalling.

@c2c_Rail no staff at west Horndon. As per usual But no signs saying issues with payments etc and been charged at the ticket machine for a failed payment. As usual, shocking communication C2c. Expect it’ll be like last year where it took 90 days for the pending payment to drop

@Ashley_Brooker @c2c_Rail Neither is West Horndon. However no staff on site, no signs on ticket machine or notices anywhere and been charged for a failed payment from a ticket machine (albeit pending at my bank) Award for the most unhelpful street staff goes to Fenchurch, who just shrugged. Sigh.

@c2c_Rail Is there an issue with your phone lines? I have been charged for a ticket but your app said payment failed (no ticket via email). Have called twice, it connects to an office but the person on the other line is picking up the handset and hanging up immediately!
