Don't believe the hype on the Fed's hawkish pause on rates. If the #Fed really was hawkish it wouldn't have skipped this rate hike. There's a good chance that the Fed's next move on rates will be a cut, not because #inflation is lower, but because the labor market finally cracks.
Fed no longer expects the US to enter recession in 2023
The Fed now expects 4.1% unemp rate at the end of 2023, down from 4.5%.
Also sees 1.0% GDP up from 0.4%.
