@geneticmaize yes, it has to be labeled on retail packages. Not much beef is pumped, but almost all chicken & pork is. Look 4 enhanced on it

@geneticmaize it's beef that has has added water, salt and phosphates (and some other stuff sometime). It's done to increase juiciness....

@CarrieOliver not sure if primals must be labeled since they are not considered retail package. Worth asking, cause pumped beef is no good!

@iTweetMeat oh yeah, high ph will give a soapy flavor. Some even say it tastes sweeter.
