Our family has something like this in the middle of nowhere. ~60 minutes from chicago suburbs. It’s incredible.

Private lake, 2 A-frame houses on one end, cabin on the other. Tons of acreage and four wheeler trails. Great getaway for large family events (and makes great money on AIrBnB when not using it)
