The Senate has once again betrayed the American people, trampling on the Constitution and our rights in bipartisan fashion.

The first two images list the senators who voted yea to keep unconstitutional, warrantless surveillance of Americans via FISA 702 in the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) and those who voted nay to oppose FISA 702’s inclusion.

The second two images list the senators who voted yea to pass the NDAA with FISA 702 and those who voted nay to reject the NDAA with FISA 702.

These senators swore an oath to support and defend the Constitution, yet the vast majority of them voted to treat the people they claim to represent with utter contempt in direct violation of the Fourth Amendment.
