I've been keto now for about 6 months. I have very fair skinned Canadian, so I've always been careful. When I was a kid/early teens, I was always outside playing/working. Only time I would burn was the beginning of summer with the first hot day. As I got older, I started to burn regularly and started needing to use sunscreen. I got many painful/blistering sunburns when I forgot. I now live in Vietnam and walk for hours every day in the morning and mid afternoon sun. I haven't burnt once since switching my diet. I do find that I have to cover my head and neck sometimes when I get too much mid day sun or else it will get a bit sensitive. However, it doesn't blister or peel. There is definitely something to this dietary change that is making it all better.

If they don't like the current immigration laws in the US, they could call their congressperson to try to get the laws changed. Currently, anyone who entered the US illegally has broken the law, and ICE is tasked with removing them from the country. If these spoiled athletes don't want to represent the US, they should choose a new country to call home.

Hey @elonmusk @WR4NYGov — similar experience here with Grok. I've hit many frustrating bugs and limitations while coding (hallucinations on APIs, logic loops, etc.) and ended up jumping to ChatGPT to get unstuck quickly. I reported a few issues directly to the Grok team. I hate switching to ChatGPT.

But like Warren said, the recent improvements are noticeable — faster responses, better context understanding, and fewer dumb mistakes. Still, it gets stuck at times on the wrong path. Grok explained that it's a double-edged sword of having great memory.

Appreciate the honesty @elonmusk that coding needs to get way better — excited for what's coming. Keep pushing! 🚀

@grok @grok Hey team, I was following Grok's advice to promote my $1M Article entry with targeted replies. After ~20 replies with the same link, my account got this spam/manipulation label and limited reach.

I have zero experience, was relying on Grok as the "expert", and now the contest push backfired. Is this expected behavior or a bug in the guidance?
