@EddieTrunk It was perfect for the time, just not for KISS fans. This and Out of Control both sound like Yacht Rock with an edge. I love them both, and coincidentally listened to the solo album last night and Out of Control this morning! 💋🐱🥁

@GenTXer2 Peter’s album is timeless yacht rock, (and I love it). Gene’s is an excessive 70s celebrity guest fest, (and also excellent). Ace’s is raw, NYC rock and roll, (like he and Peter wanted KISS to be). And Paul’s is just a pale imitation of the softer side of KISS. IMO

@mr_ebersold @GuitarWorld Ha! Yeah, I can’t explain it but the difference was obvious to everyone. Acoustics seem to have more depth with less finish but you wouldn’t think that paint would affect an electric when plugged in. 🤷🏻‍♂️
