@heygardener Hey @heygardener I'm in instructor from Canada that is doing a project about jumping worms. My students would are interested in using your video for an upcoming educational event. DM me if you are willing to help out.
@GuelphToday you need to change the headline on this article as it is the exact opposite of what happened. One driver was even charged. Should read “Two cyclist hit by vehicles one driver charged”

Meet the aptly named Solitary Sandpiper! 🐦 Spotted this one strolling and snacking alone. Soon, it was just me and this remarkable bird - its fondness for forest ponds made for great reflection shots. Sometimes, solitude gifts the best moments. #Birdwatching#NaturePhotography
Picking a favorite warbler is tough! But Magnolia Warblers have a special place in my heart. 📸 They’re common, but underappreciated - their beautiful song & elusive nature make the chase worthwhile. Snapped a few shots of this one at Rondeau! Do they make your warbler top 10?
Wrens, especially Carolina Wrens, are tiny packages of big personality. With songs fit for birds 10x their size, they're everywhere in Rondeau! This one, with a spider meal not for itself but likely for chicks, let me snap a great pic. 📸 Can you ID the spider? #BirdingFun
Was going to do a 100km training ride yesterday with a side of Connecticut Warbler but this Scissor-tailed Flycatcher, a Texas bird, showed up 20km from the house. Quick change of route and I got to experience this marvel 🤩🤯
Loving the lichens and this Black & White Warbler's not too shabby either! 😉 These upside-down goofballs compensate for color with zebra-like patterns. Who's got your vote: Team Lichen or Team Warbler? Drop a comment with your pick! #NatureLovers#Birding
Thrilled to test the Canon R5 & RF 800 f5.6, thanks to my CPS membership. They say gear doesn't matter, but try spotting sunspots at sunrise with a 300mm!😂 Big thanks to @CanonCanada. Now, to make this setup a permanent part of my kit... #CameraTalk#PhotographyGear
Day 2 at #RondeauPark started slow, then boom! Yellow-throated Warbler sighted nearby - we were on it like a hawk!🦅 Bonus? Both Dowitcher species (yeah, I can't tell 'em apart either) and seven Willets. Shore-birding's growing on me: cool, tricky, but not gull-level tough!😂
Just started our birding trip at #RondeauPark. Not a species fiesta, but an unexpected treat: More Blue-headed Vireos than usual! 🐦 Quite a shift from last year's Magnolia Warblers. What's your most memorable encounter with a Vireo? #BirdingAdventures
Meet the elusive Veery! A #thrush that's shy, but steals the show with its song. Takes you back to those summer nights, doesn't it? 🎵 It's a game of hide and seek with them but oh, that split-second view is worth it.
