@americanairlnes @CLTAirport You’ve got to be kidding….every time there is a flight out of here something is wrong. We’ve been on the plane for over an hour after having 3 gate changes only to hear that catering held us up for the first 45 mins and now there’s a fuel switch.

@AmericanAir plane needed maintenance in CLT, we get it, crew fueled said plane to go to Europe only to have us sit on the plane while fuel was reclaimed for over an hour…then we get to DFW and are sitting here for over 45 mins because there is no gate. Do better!! AA0877
