The more distracted I get the less I enjoy life. The more I focus on what is important the more I enjoy life.
I think it’s worth it to join the “cult” of total focus on what’s important. You (like me) will fall short of perfection, but better to get close than nothing right?
Kindness is the best. Towards family, friends, YOURSELF! Like wow 🤩 It can solve anger, jealousy and it connects us!!

Distraction is wayyyy to present in my life... like straight up I can go into my phone or eat food instead of dealing with an emotion that comes up, doesn’t solve the problem and maybe creates a new one LOL
Mannn the people we spend our time with will literally change the quality of our lives... like I’m talking going from a depressed state to an empowered state, from a physically unhealthy state to next level health & vitality!
