Reason 4. Basketball is a privilege. Why are we letting all our athletes get away with crimes? Why are we giving them impressions that they’re above the law? What happened to wanting to be like Lebron, Kobe, Etc? Those are good role models.

Reason 2. I wanted to play pro ball. Didn’t matter where as long as I got paid for doing what I love. Almost 90% of Pro basketball players go broke after retiring. Why not be broke now in my 20’s and than in my 30’s.

Reason 1. Almost every college teammate I’ve had, claimed they’ve had gang affiliations and claim to be not be f***ed with. Who cares? Isn’t basketball supposed to take you away from that?
