@British_Airways BA failed, causing a mom with a 3 month old to breakdown crying from the stress, 2 missed meetings, long wait times, and NO access to our checked luggage. Even speaking with a Senior “grey striped tie supervisor” was fruitless; he was uncaring and did nothing.

@British_Airways Horrible experience yesterday on BA549. Ten of us had 65 minutes to connect to AA135, a T5 to T3 connection. We were told, “Run to T3–you’ll make it!” Ten of us ran. None of us made it. We had time and WOULD have made it easily had we been escorted through by BA.
