@ChiefJordan95 The red sox are in a market several times bigger and can't even make the playoffs most years, and you're trying to talk on perennial contenders๐ญ
@realph_7 He had a 105 wRC+ in a significant sample as a rookie. He has bat speed that few others in this lineup have. Am I confident he'll put it all together? No, but to act like he can't do it like Turang did is a little pessimistic
@RandomLA_Fan How many times i gotta tap the damn sign dude we been over this
"A simple mind thinks everything that didn't happen couldn't have happened"
@RandomLA_Fan What team had more talent is debatable. It also wasn't the argument; you said "it's clear the Brewers don't have the talent to win in October" which is an objectively false statement. You are putting words into my mouth because your points are so nonsensical
@RandomLA_Fan Because they can. One of those "4 cy-young caliber pitchers" got shelled en route to a blowout loss to the Rockies. Every team has the talent to beat every other team in a small sample, it's not that complicated
@RandomLA_Fan Well the Rockies shut yall down (against one of those pitchers that makes all the difference) and won by even more than you ever won against us. Clearly their players are better!
@RandomLA_Fan And we have extremely talented hitters that dominated all year (3 times vs those pitchers you mention) until they didn't. To say that a team doesn't have enough talent to beat another team in a 7 game sample, no matter the teams, is such a casual take๐
