A company gave every employee unlimited access to Claude.
Set zero spending limits.
Got a $500 million bill. In one month.
Meanwhile Meta made token usage a leaderboard.
Low score meant getting fired.
So engineers left AI agents running all day doing nothing.
Just to keep their jobs.
AI was supposed to replace the humans.
Instead the humans figured out how to game the AI metrics.
Nobody is getting replaced. Everybody is just bleeding money.

@sudobunni Why spend time compiling different binaries as a creator, when you can just simplify your CI and make users solve problems and do that for you :D

In school I was producing rap music
Now, more than 14 years later, I've built a platform for researchers to prepare datasets from tens of millions of hours of unlabeled audio
And damn, I loved seeing audio handling from a different, programmatic view
Deployed thousands of servers with L4 GPUs - had to play some west coast rap and imagine I have at least 2x on my bank account to mitigate internal meltdown seeing gcp billing dashboard week after
I also feel it is related to the amount of drama in life and natural/forced emotional intelligence development, so I can't just take any more dumb shit here
Just got into my thirties btw
Anyone else couldn't watch any dialogue scenes longer that 20 seconds in movies/tv series?
Even as I got off instagram years ago, I feel my brain was fucked up permanently by short-form content

The trick is to focus on the world no one sees - your world - an inner state
By learning to control it, you can push mountains
