A restaurant in Kosovo is offering free coffee and tea to Turkish fans ahead of tonight's historic World Cup qualifier final, as a gesture of gratitude for Turkey's role in the 1999 NATO intervention.
Our fantastic #TeamKosova carry a whole nation with them. 🇽🇰
They’ve made us all believe!
A victory to remember. One match away from qualifying for the World Cup!
Bravo Dardanë!
KOSOVO, A COUNTRY THAT JOINED UEFA AND FIFA ONLY 9 YEARS AGO, IS ONLY A WIN AWAY FROM THE WORLD CUP AFTER ELIMINATING A COUNTRY THAT DOES NOT RECOGNIZE THE REALITY OF ITS INDEPENDENCE. 🇽🇰
Our friendship with the United States is more than just an alliance — it’s a partnership built on trust, and shared values.
Thank you, President @realDonaldTrump, for your powerful words and unwavering support for Kosovo.
With your leadership, America stands strong — and so does Kosovo, right by your side.
I’m fully committed to working with @POTUS Trump to take our alliance to new heights in the years to come. 🇽🇰🇺🇸
FSHF is pushing the narrative that "The war is over. Let's play football."
Yes, let's play football, by all means, and focus on winning.
But we can do so without dangerously whitewashing a regime responsible for continued aggression.
Reminder:
• The Vucic regime orchestrated the deadly terrorist attacks in Banjska in 2023. The objective of the attacks was to pave the way for the annexation of northern Kosovo.
• Radoicic remains free in Serbia despite an active Interpol warrant.
• Just over six months ago, Kosovo’s critical infrastructure was deliberately targeted in an attempt to plunge nearly half the country into a winter without water or electricity.
• In the Presheva Valley, Albanians continue to face systematic discrimination.
• Nothing is known about thousands of forcibly disappeared Kosovo Albanians while war criminals roam free in Serbia.
Sudan has recognised the Republic of Kosovo and our two countries have agreed to establish diplomatic relations.
Thank you from the people of the Republic of Kosovo.
This is the beginning of a great partnership!
Our joint statement:
26 years ago today, a refrigerator truck rose to the surface in Serbia.
Milosevic's genocidal regime had massacred 98 Kosovo Albanians, transported their remains to Serbia, and dumped the truck into the Danube river to conceal the crime.
Among the victims were children aged 5 to 7 and an 18-year-old with his hands tied behind his back.
The Serbian state promptly destroyed the truck, sent the bodies to one of the mass graves in Batajnica, and declared the discovery "a state secret."
The truth remained hidden until two years later when a driver spoke out.
@BowesChay@nat46455@hyllus_ What truth?
You really need lessons from the Slovenia war to the Kosova war. Who raped, killed old children, who killed women and who made most masacres.
Until this day, there are people missing and for sure their bodies you can find in Serbia.
Thank you, @gazetazeri, for giving a voice to my comments on Minister Djurdevic's questionable remarks about the Republic of Kosovo especially considering she doesn't even have a diploma.
It's crucial to hold these fake politicians accountable for their words!
