Hi @mitsuhiko & @badlogicgames, could you share a bit about your development methodology at Earendil please? Especially about meeting cadence & orga of the internal team (not contributors). You guys are rocking it, sure there's lessons to learn🤘Thx!
@atmoio He's assuming everyone you hire is founder material (self-motivated), that belonging & coaching don't multiply output, and that way-of-working meta-optimization make no sense. Someone must put full headspace on that, no matter how much tokens you splurge.

But there's a deeper anxiety beneath it all. Let me explain👇
10/ My coping tools are mindfulness, stoicism, and radical agency:
• Mindfulness to stay grounded in the moment
• Stoicism to recognize what’s within my control, and accept what isn’t
• Radical agency to act decisively despite uncertainty and fear
