Don't shop at @RCWilley, poor quality control! We bought a sofa set there and after a year found TWO had broken backs on one side that has caused them to already start squeaking (and conveniently out of warranty!). Definitely doesn't value their customers!

@RCWilley warranties are completely worthless! They’re written in a way to not cover any actual damage you have! Absolute waste of money! Their “pledge of protection” is a lie, they weasel their way out of covering anything at all costs!

Couches from @RCWilley look totally fine on the outside, but found they (BOTH!) had a huge crack in the back support after they started squeaking. Just barely a year old (now out of warranty) and @RCWilley says they cover nothing (even though we bought an extended warranty!)

Bought some couches at @RCWilley that seemed fine on the outside but, after the warranty expired, realized they had broken frames the whole time causing them to start squeaking already! Poor quality control! Recommend buying furniture elsewhere!

@RCWilley warranties are written to only cover the most obscure repairs. Absolutely do not buy them! If you ever need repairs then @RCWilley won’t cover them anyway!

@RCWilley sold us couches with broken frames. Since we didn't notice it on the INSIDE of the couch within the first 12-months they refuse to help. Avoid shopping at @RCWilley! Worst customer support ever!

The @RCWilley warranties are garbage! We bought couches 15 months ago with extended warranties. We noticed the frames on two are cracked causing squeaking noises. The @RCWilley Extended Warranty that we bought doesn't cover anything! Never again will I buy from them! Scam!
