This whole "the NYT ruined Wordle!" thing is a great case study in confirmation bias. It also gives us some insight into human nature that helps explain how conspiracy theories work.

Because I tested positive for COVID on Thursday (I’m boosted), and I have the sniffles. Unlike my unvaxxed family, who all had fever, chills, body aches for 1-2 weeks. What sounds more pleasant?
