Trying to contact Springhill Suites in Ewing NJ for 2 days and no one answers the phone. Contacted customer service and they could not answer my questions. Very disappointing! Please point me in the right direction before I go elsewhere.

@VerizonSupport is horrible! 1 phone call dropped, and 2 chats disconnected. And I still don't have answers concerning my bill and phone insurance. @Verizon stores are not much better. Very disappointed today with the company. After 20 years time to start looking elsewhere!
