@Shell Seriously the worst company ever. It takes an hour to reach someone on the phone. One person answered and didn't say anything. The guy on the chat took 10 minutes to type 12 words and after 30 minutes said he couldn't help. You're agents yawn, can't speak up., and are clueless.

@GasBuddy @GasBuddyGuy I have been having an issue for a year. It all started with the new GasBuddy+ card. I talked to reps at GasBuddy and they blame .@Shell for the wrong code. I called Shell and they said GasBuddy has never contacted them. Someone is lying.

@GasBuddyGuy .@Gasbuddy sucks. They never give you the discount that is in the app. It takes forever to reach customer service. And customer service (including supervisors) refuses to do anything. Using credit cards w/cash back is more reliable.
