New satellite imagery of the edge of northern Greenland - the search area, with potential islands past Kaffeklubben (or are they just gravel bars?) https://t.co/8uL9fRKti9
The team ultimately found the tree—called a Magellan’s beech—on the tiny island of Isla Hornos. Buma said: “It strikes me that we should know where these things are." Learn more about the expedition in the @NatGeo story: #GeoWeek

With @ArcGISStoryMaps, Buma curated his findings on the edges of species ranges, many of which are shifting as species migrate due to climate change. Learn about how you can get out and start making observations with the help of @iNaturalist: https://t.co/ET8tj9Hayr #GeoWeek
Explorer and ecologist Brian Buma is on a mission to map the Earth where no scientist has mapped before. Here, he’s searching for the planet’s southernmost tree, making observations along the grassy ledges of Cape Horn’s headwall. #GeoWeek

@FlyFrontier I've been trying to call customer service for days and the line is busy. Are there additional lines to call? I have also DM'd the details of the problem, rebooking a credit refund that won't work. I have DM'd as have so many others.
@FrontierCare@FlyFrontier Been trying to get ahold of somebody to use my travel credit that isn't working by the time it expires. It now expires today. Frontier's phone hasn't been working for a week. Chats only get bots. Any help from a real person?
@FrontierCare This is ridiculous. Your phone lines don't work, and any DM gets a bot response. I, like many here, need to use a credit code today that is not working (unknown reasons, I assume because your computers also crash) but it is impossible to contact anyone to resolve.
