I like designing joinery jigs. Not because I want to use these techniques in projects I’m making; but because most joints require undercuts or cuts made from multiple sides (setups). Figuring out how to cut a complex joint on a cnc is a satisfying puzzle. https://t.co/jmTecryAcx
@inophoo Our customers’ businesses are so much like our own. We can always offer advice based on our experience trying to build a thriving business; not just advice on how to operate a ShopBot!
Trying out some ideas for bent plywood parts without jigs or glue. Been doing a lot of kerf bending lately but you’re always left with one side that isn’t presentable. https://t.co/xF7PE0vGps

@inophoo They were not afraid to speak at length about a specific topic that they were passionate about. Because I was afraid that visitors would be bored, I crammed too many subjects into my talks. If someone has travelled a long way to hear you speak, they expect a deeper discussion.
@inophoo When I was working for the National Parks in the US, I gave lectures on Astronomy. I always tried to make them too high-tech which kept visitors at a distance. The more skilled rangers gave low-tech presentations that engaged visitors and showed their personality.
