Safaricom's cost per bit for data is primarily driven by network infrastructure expansion, energy costs (like grid electricity and diesel for base stations), international bandwidth capacity, and spectrum licensing fees.
Safaricom uses mostly Huawei equipment ( they are not headquartered in Finland) . Spectrum licensing controlled locally , so thia guy should not spew lies on TV.

@ntsa_kenya Genuine inspection is welcome , however an annual frequency is suspect. Private Vehicles should be inspected once every 2 years . You should only inspect commercial vehicles annually.
