Yesterday my son gave me a lesson in sportsmanship. He won the Northern Ireland Trampolining Championship but he was less worried about the trophy and more worried about thanking and congratulating his competitor & friend. #nichampion #truesportsmanship

We've recently been running the basic cycle responder courses to train SJANI volunteers to the level of Emergency services patrol cyclists.
2 days of continuous assessment and learning new skills, lots of smiles, lots of cone drills.

A VERY long shot…but if anyone was on flight BA177 from Heathrow to JFK yesterday (Tues 4 April) at 1.10pm and landing at 3.30pm and found this little fella, there’s a distraught little boy who would love to be reunited with him. Get in touch if you can help. Thanks

[Brian Allen @brianallenblog]
