@AbuZayd0106@RobDemovsky Even if there are “tens of millions” of fans there’s zero chance every one of them buys a streaming option. The Cubs tried that with Marquee and about 100,000 fans bought the streaming option.
@dabearsblog That’s simply not true. I live in the north burbs where 60% of the fans reside. I don’t drive to Hammond for a game. Sure, it might be 17 miles from Soldier, but on game days that’s at least an hour with the current roads. I’ll spend 4-5 hours a day in the car just to attend.
@DobzMiles They won’t have a Super Bowl in 3 years. The new stadium, wherever it is built, won’t be open 3 years from now. And the Super Bowls for the next 4 seasons have already been announced: LA, ATL, LV, and NASH
@Chicago_NFL As fan that lives in the northern suburbs, like 60% of the fans, I’ll never travel to Hammond for a game. It will easily be 5 hours of driving time on game days.
@DpSRancher@RayLong@oliviaolanderr The Bears owners are not billionaires. They do not have liquid cash like other owners. The family would need to sell the team to become billionaires
