@JetBlue what a disaster. Nonstop flight from JFK to Reno stops in KC (not an emergency) where JetBlue has no presence, no staff, no pilots. Forced off the plane and then forced to sit in airport for hours. No info. Feel stranded by JetBlue!!!!

@JetBlue @JetBlue dont want to leave my name/DOB here. KBKSHC is the confirmation. Quick update, it is 9:14 local time (KC) and maybe a plane will be here at 12:30? We have been sitting here since 2:00. Kids are crying. People are getting frustrated. Paid for a nonstop to avoid this.
