I have no idea about the perpetual license, but for in 2021 I licensed a Pearl Jam and a Van Halen Song for Kelly Slater's Pro Surfer (WFA) and Wakeboarding Unleashed (Unchained) and each song was close to 30k all in. THPS hit punk and publishers before they knew what they could get. Before that it was really only Wipeout that had a soundtrack and those were electronic underground artists. Hence the 30K all in for THPS 1.
