@VodafoneIreland - terrible service this past week, not alone charging my parents for Internet service they don't have (have a completely separate provider), but now have removed their land-line number they have since 1982 and refuse to give it back to them.

No refund, no apology, phone number gone. Not good enough. Will switch all family phones (3 mobile phones, one house phone) to alternate provider
