@DrewGibsonn Monster, Pepsi, Gatorade, Jack links jerky, Budweiser... marketing start with those to build a portfolio, then maybe bigger apparel companies like Nike will follow. Craft items like mom & pop granola bars, or a pizzeria down the street isn't the right sponsors for A tiers.
@sully68783 I get what you're saying. Respect you and the fact that you diagrammed this. I just don't like the rule. I disagree with making it easier. Spotters can't be always used in every event especially leagues.
@sully68783 I have written in my rules for drop zones or re-tee on a couple different mando holes. I just don't see how it's easier if you need spotters to tell on the ground if a whacky roll crosses over and back. Especially for sanctioned leagues.
@sully68783 That's not even why i hate this rule. It's the fact that it can go in air correctly and if it kicks backwards over this imaginary plane is considered a penalty even if it curls back good. It's like it's the endzone line or something. Unneeded rule change
@sully68783 I just don't agree at all with "breaking the plane" you didn't break the plane if the disc went thru correctly on the front side. Disc Golf has always been where the disc comes to rest. Rollers that go o.b and then back in bounds are good though. My opinion, not a good rule.
@sully68783 Courses that have par 5's or 4's with the mando down the fairway will be the problem maybe you can see the disc fly, but if you're not standing on top of the plane you'll have no idea if it crossed and came back to the north side
@sully68783 Can you publicly address this picture showing the disc crossing the plane but coming to rest on the north side of the plane also being a penalty
@MVPDiscSports I guess with Facebook down, I should let the world know they can also find me here. Let the Twitter reunion commence. (Under his breath) how does this thing work again?
