@Sudhirkdash007 @Airtel_Presence Yes, local BB players fix issues within an hour and actually have had no more than a few hours of outage in 2 years of use. I moved to Airtel for the speed. Didn't think a large company like Airtel would provide < 90% uptime.

Never come across worse service than Airtel XStream. Super fast when it works, but when it goes down, they take 3 days (not kidding) to restore it, and then it goes down again within the next 2 days. Engineer visits scheduled by SMS, but never happen. Pathetic. @Airtel_Presence

@Airtel_Presence Your team has know about this problem for a month. That crows are damaging/cutting the indoor cable you're using externally. It has been replaced, 5 times, with ... more indoor cable. Last time I was told to help keep the cable safe. How? Should I schedule a call with the crows?
