Well - @currys win the prize for worst customer service. I'm going to put a page up which shows all the comms I had (names will be removed) and how they got key points wrong,notably telling me I had no authority to cancel my mother's plan despite me already providing the LPA

Currently trying to convince @currys that I can't get the last purchase date from a product they are charging my parents as my mother has advanced dementia and my father died in 2024. All I get is "For GDPR - what was the last product purchased?"
