Hey @ofarevolution I just introduced my dad to one of my favorites of yours… Favorite Song. We were going through all the references. First, what an amazing experience to share with him. Second, do you have the official count of how many references are in the song? THANKS!
@GreenWaveFB Great memories! My first bowl game, my wife’s first Tulane game, and an amazing coincidence seeing a former @GreenWaveFB player (and one of my residents as a Sharp RA) in my section! #RollWave#LikeNoOther
This is the origin of #vibranium, so the #MCU is our future. The TVA exists, the success of #IronMan was a Nexus event in our world, and Stan Lee really is #Kang. Also, how does this article change the future (#BackToTheFuture) or free will (#TheMatrix)? https://t.co/k4vBrpMq3v
Hey @ben_mckenzie I think Commissioner Gordon could help with this, though I tend to agree with @SenatorTester at 0:51.
(Side note: really enjoyed @Gotham and now it's great seeing you expand your influence.)

Hi @Breyers I lovvvvve my #icecream. Especially #chocolatechipcookiedough. So, you can imagine my confusion when this is what I got on the inside of my cookie dough quart! Dug in to see if I was crazy. I was not.
@Ask_Spectrum Do you not see this as a failure in your training or by your your staff to be responsible customer service agents? Or was this not a failure and your policy is to be intentionally vague and mislead your subscribers until it’s too late to do anything about it on their way out?
Dear @GetSpectrum/@Ask_Spectrum we feel extremely taken advantage of by your team and apparent corporate policy. I recently moved to a location which you do not cover. Before moving, I called and asked about the process for terminating our contract. Here’s what happened… (1/8)
@Ask_Spectrum Why do you make challenging times (like moving) more challenging for your clients? People move, and you don’t provide service everywhere.
@Ask_Spectrum And yet, no one ever mentioned that was the policy until we questioned the bill on the due date. Just “let us know, we’ll cancel it” which suggests prorated, credits, ANYTHING reasonable. No? You just scoop up a full month of service for less than 10% of the billing cycle? Why?
8/8) @GetSpectrum/@Ask_Spectrum Not only did @Xfinity prorate service for our first month but also credited us for several days while they experienced a delay in getting someone to our new address to start our service. Someone from Spectrum please advise.
7/8) @GetSpectrum/@Ask_Spectrum I would like to speak with someone about this experience. To contrast your team’s handling of our move, one of your main competitors, @Xfinity, clearly runs laps around you for customer service.
