@CCPCIreland Looks like @InnovaAuto cannot handle the truth. I tried to be nice with customer care and they just kept feeding me a line and didn't want to refund me. They get confronted on their twitter feeds about their misleading advertising and then they block me.

@InnovaAuto@InnovaAuto is capable to refund me. But @InnovaAuto chooses not to. A relatively large corporation could, in theory, afford $180 to make good on it's mistake. The question is why don't you? Doe this company have any honor?
@InnovaAuto will not recognize that they have misleading advertising on the box. When I show them an obvious mistake they TRY to gaslight the situation by pointing to a web page rather than acknowlege the text that says the product is compatible with my car. #SCAMMED#SCAM
@InnovaAuto Keep in mind that the advertising is very misleading. The box specifications as written will say you are covered when in fact some cars are not. My emails with customer care have verified this.
@InnovaAuto @erikangel97 @Innova There was no misunderstanding with your 'coverage checker' as the box indicated that I was covered. Did you notice that big table on your box that stated the specs? See the pic. Your product didn't perform as advertised.
My auto parts store won't refund electronic devices.
@InnovaAuto @erikangel97 @Innova Incorrect. I actually looked at the box when I purchased it, and the 'coverage checker' as you describe it, is in fact, a web based thing as opposed to the plain text on the table on the box that said it was compatible.
Man up, stop PLAYING games, and refund me.
@InnovaAuto When I responded in kind to customer care about a month ago they acknowledged that the product couldn't do as promised per the specs on the box. Then @InnovaAuto wouldn't refund me despite being scammed out of $180. Why would I expect different results now?
@erikangel97 @InnovaAuto@Innova 1. Went to an auto parts store
2. Read the box and it clearly indicated that the product could perform a task
3. It could not do the task
4. No firmware update at the time
5. Customer care would not refund me after I responded to their requests with pictures and other things

It's official - after several back and forth emails with Innova's customer care they refuse to refund my money even though they acknowledged that the 5410 wont work for me while packaging on the box says it is able to perform the function. I feel scammed
@InnovaAuto needs to make a wrong right. I am trying to work with customer care about a scanner I bought. The box said it could do a function when it clearly cannot. Customer service has SAID it wont work for my car despite the box saying it can. The store wont take a refund.
