@AmazonHelp It is very frustrating to receive an email from Amazon saying they are sorry and they will do what they can to make this right and then to be told on the phone I need to pay $150 more for the item because it was damaged by the carrier so my order was canceled.
@AmazonHelp My order was damaged in shipping. I called Amazon to resolve and was told order was canceled and I needed to repurchase. I didn’t cancel and still want my order at the price I bought it for. It wasn’t my fault your carrier damaged it and I shouldn’t have to pay $150 more.
