I don't understand what additional data or "lay of the land" MCPS seeks in this analysis study. It seems they already have it all and even report some of it in the CIPs. Maybe the consultants are needed to convert from pdf to a usable format?

@gunsensemelissa @CaitlynnPeetz14 Clarksburg ES with a seat deficit of 313. Hopefully after the NINETH Clarksburg elementary school opens (scheduled for 2020 or possibly 2021) it won't be boiling over as bad...maybe just a mild simmer of 120%?

I think that the company, DLR, did a decent job with the hand they were dealt...but had to stay between the lines defined by MCPS for certain aspects (hint: enrollment forecasts).

The current "Open Data" provided by MCPS is sparse, stale and sad. 99.1% useless. We deserve better.
