@HHSWalkIn Furthermore, there have been 8,015 gun related incidents so far in 2018, 34 of which have been mass shootings. These aren't just "psychos" that are pulling the trigger, they're civilians, gang members, police officers, etc.

Second, you're the one who brought up discrimination. A psychopath, or a psycho as you have so aptly put it, is someone who suffers from a mental disorder or who shows violent social behavior.

@HHSWalkIn The problem here is that mentally ill have easy access to guns and government isn’t doing anything to change that. Why is that so hard to understand? Do you honestly think that “capturing psychos” is going to change anything? They need help not to be arrested.
