@BrandsMartUSA @Frigidaire I purchased a refrigerator 6 months ago from store in Miami and it's not cooling properly. I've made 3 appts w/ customer service only to have them cancel on me 2x. I've had to throw out $100s worth of food w/a young child at home.

Your customer service is rude and uncooperative. The fridge needs to be replaced asap. This is the 2nd appliance in a year that I've had an issue with and both times been impossible to get resolved. Unacceptable. Look forward to a response.
