@USCIS This is nothing new. As soon as citizenship is asked for I thought there was a government form they had to sign that stated that they agree to never ask the government for financial help in order to live in this country.

@rachbarnhart Housing in these areas is a trap. It’s hard to get improvements on the properties & hard to move out of. No one follows through to keep the properties livable. It’s a cycle of poor to poorer in housing now. They’re living paycheck to paycheck.Where’s the quality of life in this?

@rachbarnhart Inspections in poor areas don’t happen as often unless they are called and who wants to call on a landlord that is charging realistic prices that can be afforded. These are the same tenants that duck at the dinner tables at the sounds of the weekly gunfire sounds.

@rachbarnhart @PinePainting Rachel I get it, I understand. I am speaking as a person that lived in the suburbs all my life and moved to the city. As a renter in the city at one time, the inspectors would miss a lot during those (quick walk throughs) …. It was just different in the city…..
