@MicrosoftHelps why can Google detect that logins are coming from a known VPN used by hackers and block them but you can't? And why after 5 hours of online chatting with support and filling out multiple forms over 2 weeks am I no closer to getting my account back?

@MicrosoftHelps also, regarding the link...I did get that email (Google does the same, but also blocks it), but I was traveling and by the time I could check they had changed the email address and locked me out via 2 factor authentication.

@MicrosoftHelps I filled that form out 2 weeks ago, and have since followed up with support via chat twice. They keep telling me it has to escalate to a different team that they will send it to, but I haven't heard since from either. I'll fill it out again this weekend.
