@Victorianplumb as great as they are in new product supply with an impressive range at competitive prices. There after sales/ customer service is the polar opposite. I enquired about a new shower valve on 24th June to replace one they supplied and still not had a resolution. 😡

@VictorianCare I ordered a complete en-suite shower kit and furniture from yourselves back in 2016. All good other than the shower valve which requires a thermostatic cartridge which is now obsolete. I subsequently contacted your customer service about a direct replacement.
