@OFLoakfurniture We ordered a table and chairs. Table was Β£959, it can't now be delivered until March 2025. We have been offered a refund of Β£698. Does this seem fair? Birstall store manager, Scott refused to confirm this by email or priovide contact details for Area Manager
@OFLoakfurniture I've spoken with customer service and if I accept their partial refund I will be financially disadvantaged.
This is illegal under the 2015 Consumer Credit Act. So a small claims court will have to resolve it. Unless you have a change of mind inside 24 hours @OFLoakfurniture
@Pru_UK@TakeFive I wish I'd have recognised the signs of being scammed. I would have not chosen @Pru_UK as my pension provider. You were terrible. I had to transfer my entire pension pot to access it.
