@cdm813 @JeffAnderson_ I guarantee you it’s not just based on performance. Look at Jamarcus Russell, or Antonio Brown. On paper, they should have been greats. But the intangibles, the work ethic, the hunger, the ability to play as a member of the team, weren’t there.
