Hi @SeattleCouncil-I know the homeless issue is a thorny one and as a workday resident that navigates the chaos of 3rd&Pine, I know it's a mix of troubling situations that lead people to that place. Some thoughts-the unauthorized encampments are a hazard and embarrassing.

The head-tax is counterproductive, not helpful and comes off as antagonistic. I have worked in Seattle a long time, a life long resident of the Greater Seattle community and your inaction is motivating me to help move on to fresher more collaborative thinking.
