Simply put, the Colorado decision the NCAA won today would have helped Alex Afari and not Mark Mitchell

But the Kentucky decision makes Mitchell eligible (for now) and Afari is (for now) not eligible

I think Afari can get eligible though by seeking to have it applied to him
