My cancer has spread to my liver and I’ve entered hospice care. Please continue to fight for more cancer research and contribute to the Lung Cancer Foundation of America. This is my final unfinished drawing for a hospital chaplain. #researchmatters@lcfamerica
Looking for a holiday present that benefits medical charities? The special 10th anniversary edition of my children’s book, Cinco the Clinic Cat, is now available! It’s bilingual and based on work I did in Honduras.

So nice to be out of the hospital and getting back into old routines - like being closely supervised while eating a muffin. Looking forward to following up with my Dr and getting back to targeted genetic therapy pills. #Researchmatters#livingwithlungcancer#lcsm@lcfamerica
Been in the hospital and have kept doing artwork. My cancer has progressed so we will stop chemo and go back to targeted genetic therapy pills. Luckily, I feel good and my wonderful oncologist is optimistic. #ResearchMatters#lcsm@lcfamerica
Another painting has arrived to its destination. I painted this of my granddaughter and sent it to her other grandparents as a surprise. This was an especially meaningful project for me. #livingwithlungcancer#lcsm@lcfamerica

@Career_Cupid @iamcatherinela @lcfamerica This is my 2nd type of chemo. In 2019, I was on Carboplatin and Alimta. Now I’m on Docetaxel. And both have worked for me. Down the road, it is an option for me to potentially take Alimta again - after more time has passed. Best wishes to you.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Turner exhibit at the Kimbell in Ft Worth. Nice outing before my post-chemo dip day hits tomorrow. #livingwithlungcancer#lcsm@lcfamerica
