The rollout will take place in two phases:

🗓️ Next Tuesday/Wednesday: Staging access for Ambassadors & SuperScouts.

🗓️ Next Thursday/Friday: Targeted public rollout of both Scout and Runner roles, following successful staging validation.

We'll keep the community informed of our progress ahead of each stage.
