A Deliveroo driver has told how he used his helmet to hit the man who had attacked a woman and three children in Dublin city centre yesterday. Caio Benicio is originally from Rio de Janeiro in Brazil and arrived in Ireland a year ago. The dad-of-two said he “acted on instinct”.
I hate doing this, but I am desperate for sales, as currently a few hundred pounds short of being able to cover my bills this month.

Delighted to receive this email after working nights over the bank holiday after watching the clocks go back. Looking forward to my nights in the springtime! @IMO_IRL
I have that same sickened feeling I did at the Ulster Rugby Rape trial. I'm just sad. There are no winners and the memes and celebratory tweets and absolute demonisation are all just bad.
Selling my @BodyandSoulIrl weekend camping ticket that I bought in 2020 because I’m literally due a baby any second now. Will sell for cheap x #bodyandsoul
