At the gas station a man asked me if he could use my phone to call his wife b/c he locked keys in truck. I was paralyzed and looked at another man for help while I followed him outside. Got my phone from my car and waited and (1/2)

@NaKoleWatson Not me but my son- he was THREE in his 1st psych hospitalization and my now ex inlaws told me he was suffering b/c I had unrepented sin. Devastating. He's 20 now and doing well but has bipolar 1.

At @lowes this weekend while I was buying a dishwasher I watched a girl abut 10 or so draw on the fridge w/the touch screen as she sang and danced around w/o a care in the world. Told her parents I think she's amazing. Carefree and beautiful

At restoration #yoga last night when we were ending w/guided #mediation the teacher placed blankets on each of us and my body remembered how comforting and nurturing it is to be 'tucked in'. We all need more of that #selfcare
