Transfer aims to support the transfer community at Cal and community college students in California. This can look like creating resources such as workshops and socials that cater to specific transfer and community college student needs. [4/7]
This can look like working with campus and off-campus partners to provide tours and panels to schools and creating informational materials that help bridge the knowledge gap to higher education. [7/7]
A signature event, Transfer Weekend (TW) is a 3-day 2-night all-expense paid overnight program, much like SW, that provides prospective transfer students an opportunity to experience Cal as a transfer student of color. [5/7]
One of our signature Recruitment events is Senior Weekend (SW), a 4-day 3-night all-expense paid overnight program serving about 500 high school seniors who have been admitted to UC Berkeley, where they get a chance to experience life as a student of color at Cal. [2/7]
