reminder that DMPD officers are currently suing council member Sheumaker and others related to protests years ago. the city would tell you it isn't technically the city behind the suit but it's clearly city employees using city resources to sue protesters.

Creative expression is intrinsical to a vibrant 21st century city. If elected I will uphold the first amendment and the necessity of ceding space to artists. Wherever pedestrians are allowed to reclaim public spaces, art and music will flourish there.
